He Goldfish, here is what I thought of your first chart:

I'd say there is not much physical attraction overall in the chart. Even though your Mars falls in his 5th house of romance, it doesn't receive any aspects. His mars is tickled by your Uranus, but besides excitement it doesn't bring a stability to you physical rapport.

Emotionally the two moons in earth signs seem compatible, but the aspects they receive are anything but grounding. your Moon is opposed by his Venus, and while it soothes your Moon Uranus opposition, it will take the shared emotions into scorpionic depths and not be available in an enduring emotionally satisfying ways for you. Some attraction, but possible conflicting desires and needs. **Venus Uranus conjunction can be a powerful chemistry, especially with your Venus in Aquarius, but with Mars squaring it, it can hardly add to feeling loved and cared for. You need the feeling of safety to really flow emotionally.**

Intellectually your Pluto receives a sextile from Pluto, and your Mercury squares his Sun. Lukewarm, I'd say. His Jupiter in your 3rd house can offer some mental stimulation.

Spiritually you have the Chiron Moon conjunction, the strongest aspect in your synastry. You desire to take care of him and believe that your emotions can heal him. Your NN is conjunct his Uranus, so he may give you a stimulation towards translating your career goals into something tangible and more exciting.

Let me know it this resonates a bit.

Hieronimuss thank you very much for replying  Smiley

'Conflicting desires and needs' so true, to begin with  Tongue  Tongue
There was much mental stimulation and good communication. And yet many disagreements...
Different goals, practical, external problems and oppositions as well.
Some difficulty in understanding each other...

Much healing took place in this relationship, for both of us  Smiley
However, I think it was me actually giving stimulation towards his career goals.

There is love and a spiritual bond between us, that is actually obvious on our composite (I post it now).

My moon is not in an earth sign.

To be honest, I don't feel very comfortable revealing about all that. It was a relationship that lasted many years.
And although there has been years since we broke up, it's like we never really did.
There is obviously a RROBLEM here...

Why didn't you make any comments on the second synastry? Please try  Smiley

I see Goldfish, moon in Aries. Always looking behind the curve....

So the second chart:

Physically: Mars conjunct Mars is good, but Gemini makes it devious. 9th and 11th house make this otherwise strong attractor more civilized.

Emotionally: Both can receive emotionally a lot from each other. Venus conjunct Chiron is a very positive aspect in synastry. His Neptune moon conjunction, showing his hypersensitivity is "attacked" by your Pluto. You could easily break him if he doesn't have his "regeneration time" - just being quiet and alone.

Intellectually: Your Mercury is harmonious to his, but his Mercury is inconjunct to your Uranus. It's not always clear what you're trying to convey to him. Sometimes it makes it more exciting, but sometimes it is cumbersome. With your Mercury squaring his sun, what may drive you crazy is that he is not accepting your ideas the way you would like it to happen. That really drives you crazy.

Spiritually: Spirituality is within the evolving emotions. Chiron and Venus are like peeling the emotional onion. There is always a new layer that needs to be understood. Your Pluto opposes his North Node. He may become turned off by (your) prolonged sense of emergency.

First the hurricane, now snowed in, new yorkers are really becoming sensitized to the end of the world.  Smiley   Want to switch fir Greece any time.

So do you think any of these relationships has the potential to become a succefull life-long relationship?

If we suppose we will manage to survive in Greece,
which is a very beautifull country but economically distroyed at the moment.

Imagine I was dreaming to live at NY till just a few years ago  Grin

Thanks Goldfish, I'm glad it helped. I vote for the second chart. I see you have no earth in your chart. His Capricorn moon and Virgo Saturn can help you with feeling more grounded, but you will have to be considerate of his sensitiveness. With your Venus in 4th, you probably desire a family, and his Venus close to your Moon and Jupiter is action-packed, but can also support a longer lasting dedication. Much Love!

the composite shows a tsquare of mars opposed to sun and mercury and square to pluto.
this pattern is totally selfish.he is only into his own advantage and does not really consider your feelings.the mars/pluto midpoint is square to jupiter which shows he places his professsional ambitions above this relationship. as long as you advance his desires , he will be agreeable.
saturn is square to uranus, another aspect of hesistation.as venus is square the saturn/uranus midpoint,he has no desire to "settle down".

R a h u thank you  Smiley
That's what actually happened, that's what I was scearming about and we broke up, and that's what I still feel and cannot forgive him.
He is extremely ambitious, but also very clever and hard working. He is a very good person, but his priorities are more than clear  Wink I cannot regret, otherwise I will get crazy...

Excuse my ingorance, but I keep wondering how can you distinguish in a composite chart who is who??? How can you say which person is the selfish etc one?

usually men and women follow their cultural astrologicl designations.not always. i the woman is the sgressive one and "made" the relationship happen, then the masuline symbols can show the femine rukwership.

but you have a good question. you both are selfish. he ,in his behavior and you for being drawn to a selfish person.
the composite is not overly romantic. the aspects as i wrote are ones of ambition and advancement. it may be that you are not looking for a "romantic" hookup as much as you are trying to advance yourself through a relationship.

Thanks Rahu. I appreciate your effort to make sense out of a chart - hard job  Cheesy

A relationship may obviously not be just romantic. It's aim, yes, may be towards achievement of something.
My point is that this is not necessarily bad. What's the problem of consiously striving towards a fair and significant achievement..? Believe me, this may not come out of any selfishness.  The whole thing is of course complex as so many unconcsious factors play a role and life situations lead us to certain circumstances and decisions.
I just want to say my perception still is that neither of us tried to make advantage of the other.

I do understand from what everyone said that in any case this relationship does not have the potential to become a viable one. I truly believe no relationship is "by chance". Anyway, maybe the question was whether this one completed it's circle.
I did need a reassurance in order to go on in my life. I suppose anyone who has ever formed a long lasting relationship can understand how difficult it is to discard it. Maybe that's why you tried to help me.

Many thanks  Smiley
